Antler Chicken Stew

  • 1 Whole – Kampung Chicken (Skinless)
  • 11.30 Grams – Antler Slice (3 Slice)
  • 18.90 Grams – Chinese Yam (5 Slice)
  • 5 Pieces – Red Dates/Jujube
  • 4 Slice – Ginger
  • 2 Tablespoon – White Wine (Soaked Antler)
  • Hot Water
  • Salt

Method

  1. Clean and cut the chicken into smaller pieces then put them in boiling water for 5 minutes. After that, rinse and drain the chicken along with the other ingredients.
  2. Soak the antler in the wine and then drain it and set it aside.
  3. Put all the ingredients into the stew pot, add in hot water, close the lid and select the “Cordycep/Ginseng” function.
  4. After it is done, season it with a bit of salt for flavour.

Health Benefit: Good for blood circulation.
