Korean Style Pumpkin Soup

  • 800 Grams – Pumpkin
  • 1 – Potato
  • 1 – Yellow Onion
  • 1 Cup – Fresh Milk
  • 1/2 (Half) Cup – Fresh Cream
  • 2 Tablespoon – Butter
  • 3 to 4 Cups – Filtered Water
  • Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper Powder

Method

  1. Peel the pumpkin, potato, and onion. Then cut the pumpkin into small pieces, and thinly slice the potato and onion.
  2. Butter the pan and fry the onions until it is golden brown for the aroma, then put in the pumpkin and potato and lightly fry them. Then pour all the ingredient into the Heating Blender jar.
  3. Add a bit of salt and ground black pepper powder for taste, then pour in the water, milk, fresh cream, and mix them well. Close the lid of the jar and select the “Western Soup” option and let it cook.
  4. After it is done, you can adjust on the texture of the soup to your preference by adding more fresh cream, and add more salt and black pepper for flavour. Then you can enjoy it immediately.
