Korean Multi-Purpose Sauce Paste
- 225 Millimetre – Korean Soy Sauce
- 1/2 (Half) – Pear (Brown Peel/Skin)
- 1 – Yellow Onion
- 200 Millimetre – Water
- 60 Grams – Sugar
- 4 Clove – Garlic
- Firstly peel the skin of the Pear, then the onion, and cut them into small bite pieces.
- Put all the ingredients into the Heating Blender jar and select the “Grind” option. When the texture is smooth, then it is ready to be used.
