Korean Multi-Purpose Sauce Paste

  • 225 Millimetre – Korean Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 (Half) – Pear (Brown Peel/Skin)
  • 1 – Yellow Onion
  • 200 Millimetre – Water
  • 60 Grams – Sugar
  • 4 Clove – Garlic

Method

  1. Firstly peel the skin of the Pear, then the onion, and cut them into small bite pieces.
  2. Put all the ingredients into the Heating Blender jar and select the “Grind” option. When the texture is smooth, then it is ready to be used.
